Flanders Investment & Trade becomes part of the circle of supporters
The expert in the internationalization of the Flemish economy joins the Logistics Hall of Fame as a new network partner.
Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT) is a new network partner in the Logistics Hall of Fame Supporters' Circle. The economic development agency of the Flemish Region, which supports Flemish companies in their international expansion and foreign investors in their relocation, sees joining the Supporters' Circle as part of its commitment to promoting excellence. Headquartered in Brussels, FIT is committed to innovation and cooperation in the logistics sector.
The northern region of Belgium is a leading global logistics location. Its strategic location and well-connected infrastructure with three international seaports - including the Port of Antwerp-Bruges as the second largest port in Europe - as well as its leading position in research and development and innovation go hand in hand with a long tradition of operational excellence and the problem-solving attitude of its people.
Raphael Pauwels, Economic and Commercial Counselor at Flanders Investment & Trade at the Belgian Embassy in Berlin, explains the importance of this partnership: “Joining the Logistics Hall of Fame network fits perfectly with our mission to promote innovation and excellence in logistics. This collaboration allows us to connect with industry leaders, share knowledge and promote Flanders as a world-class logistics location. The partnership underlines our commitment to flourishing trade relations between Flanders and Germany.”
Supporters of the Logistics Hall of Fame are a group of people and companies who are committed to documenting excellence in logistics and recognizing its movers and shakers. They pursue a common goal: to strengthen the reputation of logistics in the public eye.
